Service Terms & Disclosures

Status

Receptit is currently operated as an unregistered sole proprietorship. This page provides disclosures on how the service works. It is not a contract and does not create a legal relationship. A binding Terms of Service will replace this page after entity registration.

Service Description

Receptit provides AI-powered call automation that handles inbound calls, schedules appointments, takes reservations, and answers customer inquiries. The service can integrate with tools you enable (e.g., CRM, calendar).

Features may change or be discontinued. We aim to give reasonable notice before material changes.

Account

• Provide accurate business details and keep them updated.
• Safeguard access credentials. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be 18+ and authorized to configure the service for your business.

Acceptable Use

• No illegal, deceptive, harassing, or abusive use.
• No attempts to probe, scan, or attack our systems.
• Obtain legally required consent for call recording and messaging in your jurisdiction.

Pricing and Payment

Fees

• One-time setup: $1,200
• Monthly base: $250
• Usage: $0.10 per call-minute

Setup billed at activation. Monthly base billed in advance on the 1st. Usage billed monthly in arrears. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice. Taxes and third-party pass-through fees are extra.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 15 days. Late amounts may accrue 1.5% monthly interest (or the maximum allowed by law). Service may be paused if the balance is over 30 days past due.

Service Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, outages, or factors outside our control. No service credits are offered at this time.

Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. For end-caller data processed on your behalf, you are responsible for required notices and consents. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

We retain rights in our software, models, and documentation. You own your business data. You grant us a limited license to use your data to operate and improve the service in line with the Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect the other’s non-public information and use it only for providing or receiving the service, except where disclosure is required by law.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete; review critical content before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business. In any case, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and End of Service

We may pause or discontinue the service for non-payment, security risks, or misuse. You can stop using the service at any time. After service ends, we plan to keep your account data available for export for 30 days, then delete or archive it unless the law requires longer retention.

Dispute Approach

We prefer to resolve issues informally. If that fails, you may pursue available remedies under applicable law in an appropriate venue. Class-wide relief and arbitration requirements are not asserted here while the business is unregistered.

We may update these disclosures. Material updates will be noted here. Continued use after an update means you have read the updated disclosures.
